1. Be optimistic

Optimistic people anticipate the best possible outcome in any situation. Seeing things in a positive perspective, improves your health, immune system, emotions, love life, career and lifestyle. It helps you live longer, reduces the rate of cancer and cardiovascular problems.

5. Do what you love... love what you do

Loving your job and enjoying what is do is definitively one of the most important things that will help you live a happier life.

7. What goes around, comes around

Always do positive things to others and positive things will happen to you. Be genuine, help family members, friends and people you don't know, genuinely.

Be a good person, not because someone is watching you, but because it is the right thing to do.

8. Smile

Smile all the time, even if are alone or when you are on the phone.

Smile for about 3 seconds more than the person you are talking to.
